Olive grove at sunset
THE DAHER STORY

The story begins with the harvest.

Before the oil reaches your table, there is fruit gathered from the grove and a season of work behind every crate.

HERITAGE & ORIGIN

Rooted in South Lebanon.

Our family groves in Klayaa – Deir Mimas are home to olive trees more than 300 years old. Each harvest begins with the fruit itself: olives at different shades of green, leaves still among them, and the unmistakable texture of a real day's work.

These photographs bring you close to the beginning of that journey. They show the olives as they arrive, before the pressing and bottling that turn a harvest into Daher Olive Oil.

THE HARVEST, UP CLOSE

Two moments from the making of a bottle.

A crate of newly gathered olives. A larger batch ready for the next step. These are the everyday scenes behind the finished oil.

01 / THE CRATE

Fruit with the grove still on it.

Look closely and you can see more than color. Green olives sit beside darker fruit, with leaves and small natural marks still in the crate. It is a simple, unpolished view of the harvest as it arrives.

This is where our story starts: with the fruit, before it becomes oil.

02 / THE BATCH

Many crates become one harvest.

In the metal receiving hopper, the scale of the day comes into view. A wooden tool rests across the olives, and the fruit is gathered in one place for the work ahead.

The colors, leaves, tools, and surrounding crates give a glimpse of the real work that connects the grove to the bottle.
