Information you provide

For an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, purchased items, payment status, and shipment details. Stripe collects and processes your payment information through its secure checkout. We receive payment confirmation and order details, but we do not store your full card number.

If you select “Notify me when it's back,” we collect your email address and the bottle size you requested. That address is used for a restock update for that size, not for a general marketing list. If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in your message.

How we use and share information

We use order information to process payment, fulfill and ship orders, provide support, handle damaged or incorrect deliveries, and protect the store from fraud. We use restock requests to contact you about the requested item. We share only the information needed with providers that help us operate the store, including Stripe for payment, USPS for delivery and tracking, and Cloudflare for site hosting and security.

Cookies, local storage, and advertising tags

The site stores your shopping bag in your browser's local storage. Its admin area uses a session cookie for authorized staff. Hosting and payment providers may also use cookies or similar technology for security and checkout.

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page views, product views, items added to a bag, checkout starts, and purchases. The Pixel may set or read cookies and collect browser and device information. For purchases, we may send a hashed version of your email address and phone number to Meta to help match and measure the order. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how people use the site; it may use cookies and collect browser and device information. We do not currently load Google advertising or Pinterest tags. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices and contact

You can ask us about information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to remove a restock request by emailing info@daheroliveoil.com. We may need to keep order records when required for business, tax, or legal purposes. You can also call 305-592-3077.
