Orders and pricing

Product prices are shown in US dollars. The price, any applicable tax, and the final order total are shown before you pay. We may change prices or availability before an order is placed. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If an item cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact you and offer a refund for that item.

Shipping

Ships in 1–2 business days · Delivery in 2–5 business days

We ship only to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free to the customer. Orders are prepared Monday through Friday and sent using USPS Ground Advantage. The delivery window starts after USPS receives the package. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; holidays, remote destinations, and carrier delays may take longer. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs to change before shipment.

Returns, damage, and cancellations

All sales are final once an order ships because olive oil is a food product. We do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. You may cancel or change an order free of charge before it ships.
